The structure of the tool, unique in the market of validated Italian tests, is modular and composable, so as to be able to assess the personal characteristics most in line with the profile to be identified.
Composed of 24 dimensions characterizing 5 macro-areas, for a total of 142 items. Accompanied by a Lie scale consisting of 7 items.
