BEEHIVE – Discover your PotentiAI is a tool that was born from the compilations of the Flora (Personality Traits) and MyDrive (Motivational Pushes) tests. Through artificial intelligence, the reliability and validity parameters of all test sizes have been tested again and five types of potential that can be used in work environments have been identified (Inspiring; Pragmatic; Relational; Promoter; Challenger). The tool offers each respondent a probabilistic profile of the five types of potential identified.
The plus of Beehive compared to the other tests is that it goes in a potential perspective instead of “here and now”. It therefore maps individuals’ future growth potential through the integration of AI calculations. It is able to do this in around 15 minutes, mapping the individual’s potential, motivation, and personality.
