What's Highlight?

Management exercise, which requires reading and processing a large amount of information in a short time.
  • In the simulation, the participant takes on the management of a branch of an event organization agency, balancing economic management objectives, client satisfaction and collaborator satisfaction.
  • The exercise requires, in a first phase (Basket Task), processing 28 emails, dividing them according to degree of priority and planning activities. In a second, more analytical and optional part, the participant will instead have to complete some mathematical calculation operations.
