The test measures both the requirements provided within highly complex managerial roles and the underlying behavioral areas associated with the Thinking, Realization, Growth and Driving clusters. Starting from 2 factors that enclose these 4 clusters, the test consists of 8 dimensions for a total of 64 items designed to assess the respondent’s predisposition to perform in managerial roles.
The Testing Model
The model adopted by the test uses 2 factors, 4 clusters and 8 skills:
Selection:
In light of the behaviors detected, it offers the opportunity to easily identify what are for each candidate the strengths and areas of improvement related to his insertion in a managerial role.
Potential’s evaluation:
It offers the possibility of observing the behaviors that the person is most likely to implement in a managerial role and which of these allow a more effective performance. In this way it is possible to predict how the person is more likely to act by playing a different role or in the face of an increase in managerial complexity.
Coaching:
The Leadership Insights test can be a useful and reliable tool to obtain a more in-depth diagnosis of the individual characteristics of the coachee.
