Disc is a questionnaire that investigates the different behavioral styles starting from the combination of 4 fundamental dimensions.

  • It promotes understanding of oneself and others in the work environment.
  • Use non-evaluative language to explore different behavioral modes.

The DiSC® questionnaire is particularly suitable in the training field but also lends itself to other uses such as development, selection and coaching. It allows, in fact, to:

  • Identify your behavioral style at work;
  • Learn how and when to adapt your behavior;
  • Create an adequate motivational environment;
  • Improve the ability to recognize different work and communication styles;
  • Enhance the performance of the person or group;
  • Prevent and reduce potential conflict situations;
  • Increase the effectiveness of a leadership;
  • Identify customer styles and adapt sales and support styles.

DiSC® questionnaires are tools that investigate the styles identified by the model. They help to:

• identify your work style

• learn how and when to adapt your behavior

• create an adequate motivational environment

• improve communication

• enhance individual and group performance

• prevent and reduce potential conflict situations

• increase the effectiveness of managers and groups

OUTPUT

GRAPH I: Derives from our answers “more”. It could represent the behavior that we think others expect from us in a given situation, based on:

– reading the expectations of our surrounding environment

 – our personal expectations (“what will I become”)

 

GRAPH II: Derives from our “less” inverted answers. It could represent the experience accumulated in situations similar to those thought when answering the questionnaire.

Our style without filter/self-control in stressful situation. 

(“How I was/am under stress”)

 

GRAPH III: Derives from the answers “more” and “less”. It is the mediation between graph I and graph II. It represents one’s current self-perception in the situation (“how I am today”).

Based on this graph, the DiSC® Classic profile is generated
